All our Non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital products") ( Live classes/Recorded Contents) purchased via our website/app (www.cloudeguru.com) is considered as a valid purchase. We don't have any offline purchasing option. If you are paying by cash/ or any other mode to a person/platform apart from www.cloudeguru.com , that will be your responsibility. We are not liable to provide you with any clarification or refund. If anybody is insisting you to buy the products/services offline please intimate us @ info@www.cloudeguru.com so that we can take necessary actions.
We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
For live instructor led classes, refunding of the amount paid to purchase the course is available till the completion of first 2 classes. Refund of the amount will not not be done after first 2 classes that is 3rd class onwards. For recorded content , once access for the purchased course is provided, there will be no refund.
